The DCI-Biolafitte process is one of well focused detail; beginning with the evaluation of customer specifications, bio-process vessel application, industry, governmental regualtions and other technical data. Prior to the fabrication process, the examination of key engineering elements is crucial. Such elements include:

  • Vessel design and construction
  • Mixing and agitation, other component design and fabrication
  • Material selection, including special alloys such as Inconel® and Hastelloy®
  • Product contact surface finishes
  • Heating and cooling data/requirements
  • Automation and control system requirements and features
  • GMP/GAMP validation requirements

Upon order placement , our sales and customer service departments initiate order entry, which will bring the rest of the company into the process of filling the order. DCI-Biolafitte's process is a team approach. Our resources are concentrated by industry, enabling people experienced in your applications to provide knowledge service. From estimating, engineering/drafting, and materials/inventory associates to the craftspeople on our shop floor who perform the forming, welding, machining/polishing and shipment of your order, DCI-Biolafitte works together as a project team unit!

DCI-Biolafitte does not stop at the shipment of your order. We continue through installation, commissioning and training. We are there to back you up in every stage of the process. We also provide maintenance and diagnostics to further strengthen our full service approach to our customers.
